The Tokyo Techies team played a crucial role in the development of the new SDR platform, ensuring its seamless operation and compliance with the latest security regulations. Our team worked to ensure that integrations with external systems were executed without any significant issues, and key deliverables were delivered in a timely manner ahead of the platform’s launch on March 25th, 2024. Tokyo Techies team also took charge of the initial UI and UX design phase of the new SDR platform, conducting rigorous user interviews to ensure user satisfaction, the platform’s user experience and ease of use.
