Internship: We welcome interns for all engineering positions throughout the year and interns for non-engineering positions on a rolling basis. Our interns previously interned in the Software Development, SNS Marketing, Japanese-English translations, and HR teams.
New graduate recruitment: Yes, we do! We accept new graduate applications for all teams (Engineering, Sales & Marketing, and HR) throughout the year. In the past, we have hired three university graduates to the team.

If you're based in Tokyo, upon joining the company, we recommend working in the office as much as possible to connect and build trust with other Techies as you familiarize yourself with the new work environment.
After that, you can work remotely 2-3 days a week. If you communicate actively with your team and achieve high results, remote work from areas outside of Kanto or from overseas is also possible.
Every quarter, all Techies conduct a Goal Review & Goal Setting period; We reflect on our previous goals in the last three months, evaluate our achievements, and set new goals for the next quarter. After you reflect on your performance, you'll meet with your department head in a 1-on-1 session. Then, your department head evaluates the achievement level and advises on your new goals.
Yes, we do! Our engineers and product designers typically use MacBook Pro, while our non-engineering team uses MacBook Air.
We implement on-the-job training during onboarding. Rather than a training system, we assign tasks that match each individual's career and skills. There will be plenty of learning opportunities, including company-wide knowledge-sharing and voluntary study sessions organized by other Techies. But don't worry; you'll receive lots of support as you take on new challenges!
